Well my journal needed majorly updating anyway so thought this was better than nothing. I took a lovly zombie Jesus day break to the lake district for some walking (...that happened to strangely always lead to pubs...............) lol.
I spent most of the weekend on a sugary high due to the copious amounts of sweets I managed to have including ones I bought from one of the pubs, I believed this showed the high class of the pubs in the Lake District! During the brief interludes when sugar didnt have a hold on me I managed to pay attention to the beautiful scenery around me with pretty hills and lakes and other such natural things that will be inspiring many of the poems I will be putting up soon. I didn't have time to write any over the weekend but I may inundate my gallery with nature based poems since I have many ideas I want to go with.
I'm also keeping the painting going, much to ~Djartistknight's glee, and have got most of Sophie done. Good news for Sophie is that I have found someone with a very good camera (dubbed the perv camera ) so when I do finish her the pictures will hopefully show her off nicely....though will probably show all the bad bits so much more ¬_¬

I will also specially thank all who have added to the sugary goodness, especially a certain shop keeper!!!! YAY for bowls of sugary confectionary!!!!!

So yes, many poems to come much painting has been done and many sugary sweets are no more.....that pretty much sums up my weekend away
